Hanging Orb Lights

I couldn’t find a plug-in orb fixture I liked, so I got hard-wired fixtures and lamp cords from Amazon and made them plug-in lamps. They have smart bulbs in them which we control with the Echo or our phones.

Tools: Drill
Supplies: Light Fixtures, Lamp Cords, Smart Bulbs, Swag Hooks, Electrical tape
Instructions: I simply wired the fixture to the lamp cord and ignored the green ground wire. Then I attached it to the ceiling and used a swag hook to make the cord look clean.
